What are the delivery times ?

  • For classic canvases and posters: 
    Delivery time to France, Switzerland, Belgium and Luxembourg: 7 business days (express delivery: 3 working days from the day after the order off weekends)
    Delivery time to Europe: 10 to 15 days worker
    Delivery time outside Europe: 15 to 20 days worker.
  • For custom works:
    Delivery time to France, Switzerland, Belgium and Luxembourg: 15 to 20 days Open (Express Delivery: 10 working days)
    Delivery time to Europe: 15 to 20 days worker
    Delivery time outside Europe: 15 to 20 days worker

  • For the other products:
    It takes between 10 and 15 working days because their achievements by artists take longer.

    How much are the delivery charges?

    It depends on the country of destination. Validate your cart to display the delivery charges depending on the country where you wish to be delivered.

    Yes we have artists who realize each of the works that you can find on our shop. All our works are therefore available on our online gallery The Poplace.

    What are VOs engagemanENTS and Returns Policy?

    In the event of a fault of one of your products or if it does not please you, the team The Poplace undertakes to return this product for free, to proceed to an exchange or to repay you. It's up to you. You have 30 days from the date of receipt of the parcel to let us know. To make you simply contact our customer service via our contact page present in the site menu. A member of our team will answer you within 24 hours and give you the address where to return your canvas so that you can proceed to an exchange or a refund. It's as simple as that. Count only 2 business days to be refunded once you have returned the package.

    How can I check the status of my order?

    Once you have passed, it will be treated quickly in one of our execution centers. Remember to click on the link present in the emails you received to track the progress of your order.

    What payment method do you accept?

    We accept Visa and MasterCard credit card. You can also pay with PayPal or bank transfer.
    To pay with a cards aurora, maestro, bank card, and other debit card you have to make the payment using paypal even if you do not have an account
    You must choose "Buy with Paypal" on the shopping cart page. Then you will need to select "Pay by credit card or visa debit card" on the page that will be displayed. Then you select your country, and you will be able to select your card type
    If you pay by transfer the package will only be shipped once you have received the transfer.

    What is the thickness of the chassis?

    The thickness is 2 centimeters which makes it strong and light to hang it easily on a wall.

    Is there a guarantee ?

    Yes ! It is satisfied or refunded. If the product does not please you or if the product is damaged during its reception so we will refund you completely within 2 working days or we will be able to carry out an exchange if you prefer. It's you who will choose. That said the chances that the product is damaged by the carrier are very low because each of our products are well packaged and protected to avoid any deterioration during delivery up to home.

    Is the payment secured ?

    We offer you Paypal and Stripe who are two simple and 100% secure payment methods. You can pay by credit card or by PayPal safely.

    My order has still been delivered for 2 weeks, is it normal?

    Do not worry it may have been transmitted to a relay point. Check your mailbox. If you did not have any notice of passage please contact us so that you can tell you exactly where your package is. In all cases be reassured, your package is ready for your home.

    How to return a product ?
